A proposal has recently been submitted to the South Carolina legislature to amend South Carolina’s Move Over Law with an increase in fines and penalties. 

We will post the information here when more information becomes available.

Are you a South Carolina law enforcement officer, fire fighter, emergency worker or tow truck operator?  Have you ever felt “the breeze” or been involved in a “struck-by” accident?  Let us know.  We want to share your throughts and photos if you choose.
